I am extremely tired... (So this will be a quick post.)
*o* But I can die happy. Stayed all day long... both Friday and Saturday.

I went to Otakon with my good friend ~bad-luck-delivery, cosplaying Allen Walker from D. Gray-Man in his second exorcist uniform.
So... Imma gonna post briefly about my trips. If you're interested in a particular part, and want me to go into further detail, feel free to post and I will be happy to provide you with more information.

FRIDAY OVERVIEWS
1. Bought an Advent Children Sephiroth and Vincent figures, Gackt and Phantasmagoria posters, and a cute little Sephiroth pin (which I HAD to have).
2. Got Willow Johnson's (Kikyou's English voice) signature. **Want to make it clear that I watched both the InuYasha English and Japanese anime, as well as read the entire manga series--I'm no dub fan, but Willow was an excellent Kikyou.
3. Met a ton of other awesome cosplayers. And we kept running into two particular D. Gray-Man cosplayers, (Lavi and Kanda), who were very kind to me. I saw them on Saturday too.
4. Went to Kappei Yamaguchi's panel to hear him speak--then stood in line for 2 hours and DIDN'T GET HIS SIGNATURE. >D
5. Got lost off several times.
6. Drank waaayyy too much soda.
7. xD People kept asking me about my Timcanpi plushie.

And the pre-register line (the one we were standing in) was longer than the regular at-the-door register line... WTF?!

SATURDAY OVERVIEWS
1. Went to the D. Gray-Man photo shoot on the 4th floor. We had lots of fun and got some really cool shots. I told Cross to put my Timcanpi on his head and hit me with his malet. xDDD
2. Bought an Advent Children Cloud figure, Gackt prints, and an adorable Sephiroth keychain and button in the Atrist's Alley.
3. Ran down to the fountains to take pictures of the InuYasha and Final Fantasy VII photo shoots. I was very impressed with the FFVII group--they knew exactly what they were doing the entire time and staged countless excellent shots. (Hehe... Vincent got to shoot Hojo!)
4. Stood in line AGAIN for Kappei's signature--got him to sign my Aoki Yasei o Daite CD. Made sure to talk to him in Japanese. While we were waiting, I got to talk to some incredible people. They were very kind and pleasant to be around.
5. People still asked me about my Timcanpi plushie. xD And I drank too much soda again.

Just brief descriptions are above... and so, so much happened! I probably can't even recall half of it by now. All in all, it was great. I met some really nice people while just simply walking around in the halls. Lots of people wanted my photo too... @.@;; I had Timcanpi and made sure to carry around a deck of cards in my bag (on Saturday at least--I forgot them on Friday) and held up the (Poker) Royal Flush. That was fun...

On another note... I finished 1984 two days after starting, then began my essay... (which I have yet to finish). I still must read Lord of the Flies and finish my Math Packet. (I'm so lazy that way...) I am also still slightly jetlagged from my trip to Thailand.

EDIT 8/19/08
Leaving for New Mexico on Thursday, then coming back next Wednesday, I believe. We're going to visit one of my mother's very good friends (who I haven't seen for a long time) so I'm a little excited about going. I've never been to the southwest section of America before either.
I will be unable to respond to comments, notes, etc at that time. ANNNND I'm still working on commenting on all the deviations I've missed so far... I'm so sorry, guys. You have my sincerest apologies.
I wanted to finish something before I had to go, but it looks like it's not going to happen. Maybe a WIP..? Also, school work is jumping out to bite me now towards the end of our summer break... I deserve it.
